ExpoBase provides:

• React Native boilerplate code and templates
• Access to private GitHub repository
• Documentation and setup guides
• Customer support and updates
• Development tools and integrations

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate information during purchase
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

3.2 Repository Access

• Access is granted to the GitHub username provided during purchase
• You may not share repository access with others
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Build unlimited personal and commercial applications
• Modify the code for your own projects
• Deploy applications built with our boilerplate
• Use for learning and educational purposes

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling the boilerplate code
• Publishing the code publicly (GitHub, forums, etc.)
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our proprietary methods
• Using the service to create competing boilerplate products
• Spamming, harassment, or any harmful activities

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You will receive access within 24 hours of successful payment

5.2 No Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

• ExpoBase retains all rights to the original boilerplate
• You retain rights to applications you build using our boilerplate
• You may not claim ownership of the original boilerplate code
• Third-party libraries included have their own licenses

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

8. Support and Updates

• We provide reasonable customer support via email
• Updates and improvements are provided at our discretion
• Support does not include custom development or consulting

9. Limitation of Liability

EXPOBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExpoBase from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.

• We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms
• You may stop using our service at any time
• Termination does not affect rights to applications you've already built

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in French courts.
